- Patient and public engagement (PPE) suite to facilitate collaboration between researchers, healthcare professionals, patients, community groups, and the public

- Secondary waiting areas, with integrated seating and refreshments for participants.
- Tenants will have access to dedicated, lockable rack space for their active equipment, within a secured hub room
- Bookable shared meeting and presentation space
